Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Senior Sales Engineer. The candidate will play a key role in driving business by presenting cutting-edge technical solutions to clients and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, offering technical guidance, supporting sales initiatives, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to propose solutions tailored to client requirements and ensuring successful implementation of projects.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and in providing Technical Support for specialized equipment and systems.
  • Strong Sales and Communication skills to effectively present technical solutions and build client trust.
  • Customer Service experience to address client needs and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Bioprocessing, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with cGMP processes and single-use systems in manufacturing is desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in a relevant industry is an advantage.
