We are looking for a solution-driven Sales Engineer with deep expertise in biological wastewater process engineering and proven experience in technical sales of engineered systems.
You will visit wastewater treatment plants, engage directly with operators, engineering firms, and EPC contractors, and diagnose real operational challenges — from nitrification instability to oxygen transfer limitations and hydraulic constraints.
You must be technically strong enough to walk a plant, understand the bottlenecks immediately, and translate them into technically robust and commercially viable solutions.
What You’ll Do
· Visit municipal & industrial WWTPs and assess process performance as part of your technical sales role
· Identify operational challenges and develop solution concepts
· Influence technical specifications at early design stages
· Prepare and present technically sound proposals
· Interface with consulting engineers, contractors, and end users
· Represent the company at technical conferences and industry events
What We’re Looking For
· 7–10+ years in wastewater process design and/or technical sales
· Strong understanding of activated sludge systems, aeration, nitrification/denitrification
· Experience in process troubleshooting and plant-level discussions
· Ability to combine engineering depth with commercial drive
· Confident communicator with strong analytical mindset
