Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our B2B SaaS sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads and initiating conversations with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand prospect needs and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
