Role Description The Senior Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for supporting and organizing sales activities to ensure smooth operations. The role involves managing order processing, tracking shipments, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery timelines. The Senior Sales Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, maintain updated sales records, and assist in preparing sales reports and dashboards for management. This position also includes liaising with the sales team to follow up on leads, monitor performance against targets, and help implement sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage end-to-end sales processes and internal workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions, support business development, and maintain customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly convey information to customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in a sales coordination or similar role is preferred; experience in manufacturing or multi-product environments is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
