Senior Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator
- Openings: 2
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Work Location: Pune Head Office with regular site visits
Key Responsibilities:-
- Coordinate post-sales activities from order confirmation to project completion.
- Coordinate with sales, design, estimation, production, planning, procurement, dispatch, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding approvals, drawings, project updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate production planning, material dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, ERP/CRM records, and MIS reports.
- Resolve coordination issues between customers, project sites, and internal departments.
- Support timely project execution, material dispatch, and project handover.
- (For Site Coordinator role) Visit project sites to monitor execution progress and coordinate with customers, contractors, and site teams.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in order execution, project coordination, sales coordination, or operations.
- Experience in the roofing, PEB, structural steel, construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites (for the Site Coordinator role).
