Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Coordinator, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by performing essential administrative duties, streamlining sales operations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales documentation, coordinating communication between teams, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes, addressing client inquiries, and assisting in meeting sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to efficiently support and optimize sales processes.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on client relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise between teams and interact with clients professionally.
- Experience in Sales and a track record of collaborating with sales teams to meet business goals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
