Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to improve customer satisfaction and ensure business growth. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, delivering presentations, managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions
- Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust and long-lasting relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the fastening, assembly technology, or industrial sales industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
