Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a strong knowledge of Rabbit Home Lifts' product offerings. The role also involves market analysis, identifying potential customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy, business development, and client management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the home furniture, elevators, or allied industries is a plus
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into customer benefits
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technology systems
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
