We’re looking for a proactive, result-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy client interactions, site visits, and closing high-value deals, this role is for you!
Role Highlights:
🔹 Lead generation through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners & campaigns
🔹 Client consultations, site visits & project presentations
🔹 Explaining packages, pricing, payment plans & documentation
🔹 Negotiations, closures & relationship management
🔹 Achieving monthly & quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in real estate / construction sales
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Customer-focused, target-oriented mindset
✔ Knowledge of RERA & real estate documentation (preferred)
✔ Experience with brokers/channel partners
✔ Valid driving license & own vehicle (preferred)
