Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant, located in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Consultant will engage with customers, assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, and ensure a professional and seamless sales experience. Daily responsibilities include consulting with prospective buyers, addressing inquiries, presenting product features and benefits, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional experiences tailored to buyers’ needs
- Strong Communication and Consulting skills to effectively engage with both customers and team members
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
