Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing expert consultation throughout the sales process. The day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, meeting prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, presenting tailored design solutions, and collaborating with the design teams to ensure implementation meets client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and ability to identify and secure sales opportunities
- Adept in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively
- Consulting experience, with an ability to understand and translate client requirements into actionable design solutions
- Proactive mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales portfolios is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
- Prior experience in the interior design, real estate, or construction industry is advantageous
