Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Associate to drive revenue growth for our Virtual and Hybrid Event solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals related to virtual conferences, webinars, hybrid corporate events, and digital event platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the virtual and hybrid events space.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized virtual/hybrid event solutions.
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations for event technology platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, event production, and technical teams to deliver client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging event technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in event management, SaaS, event tech, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of virtual events, webinars, and hybrid event platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with corporate clients, agencies, or enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling event technology platforms or virtual event services.
- Existing network within corporate marketing or event agencies.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and live streaming technologies.
