Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate with Dreamcast, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting event tech solutions to meet client needs. The role includes preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored event technology solutions. The individual will also analyze market trends and provide feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales and business development, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in client relationship management, presentation skills, and delivering effective product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of event technology solutions, virtual and hybrid event tools, and event management platforms is highly valuable.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse client base.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide market insights for product and service enhancements.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Relevant industry experience will also be considered.
