Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing real estate market opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The individual will also be expected to stay informed about market trends and ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven record of achieving sales targets
- Real estate market knowledge, property management expertise, and understanding of client needs
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing leads and tracking sales
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate sales or similar roles is highly preferred
