Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable virtual/hybrid event solutions
- Conduct product demos, sales presentations, and client meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Prepare proposals, pricing, contracts, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and production teams for successful project execution
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline reports
- Stay updated on event technology trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
- Event Technology
- Virtual/Hybrid Events
- SaaS Platforms
- Exhibitions/Conferences
- Digital Solutions
- Strong understanding of virtual event platforms and hybrid event ecosystems
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in corporate events, agencies, or enterprise clients
- Experience selling webinar platforms, event apps, livestreaming solutions, or engagement tools
- Exposure to international clients and global events
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and LinkedIn sales outreach
