The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Associate to represent NexusPro in the Indian market. Someone who can open doors, hold the room, and turn conversations into long-term business. This is not transactional sales. This is about building relevance with the right clients, and closing with intent.
You’ll work across:
Design & Build: Workplace fit-outs, and transformation projects.
IFM Services: Integrated facility management - housekeeping, consumables, and technical services delivered at scale.
Who You Are:
You’re credible in a room with decision-makers. You understand how corporate workplaces operate, and where the real opportunities sit.
You likely have:
• 2–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Exposure to commercial real estate, workplace solutions, fit-outs, or facility management
• An active network across admin, facilities, workplace, or real estate teams
• The ability to communicate with clarity—not just confidence
• A self-driven mindset that doesn’t wait for direction
What You’ll Do
• Build and drive NexusPro’s sales pipeline
• Develop relationships that go beyond surface-level selling
• Lead meetings, pitches, and site engagements end-to-end
• Work directly with leadership on strategy and deal-making
• Show up where it matters—industry rooms, networks, conversations
