Role Description
The Senior Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and achieving targeted revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process. The role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to close deals and deliver client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and client engagement within the real estate or related industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform sales strategies
- Looking for 6 Months to 1 year Real estate experienced candidates only
- Understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
