About the Role
High End Keys is looking for experienced real estate professionals who understand the luxury residential market and know how to close high-value deals with confidence, credibility, and relationship-driven sales.
This role is designed for high performers who want their earnings to directly reflect their efforts, performance, and deal closures — without unnecessary layers, hierarchy, or diluted incentives.
We are building a focused team of professionals who can independently manage luxury residential sales conversations, client relationships, site visits, negotiations, and closures in the North Bangalore market.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end luxury residential sales
• Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads
• Conduct client meetings and luxury property walkthroughs
• Build strong relationships with HNI and premium buyers
• Maintain strong market understanding of North Bangalore micro-markets
• Manage negotiations and closures professionally
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth transactions
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
• 5–6+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development
• Prior experience in luxury or premium residential real estate is mandatory
• Strong closing and negotiation capabilities
• Excellent client handling and communication skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset
• Ability to independently manage the sales cycle
