Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate based in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve managing customer inquiries, providing tailored product recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve sales strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proven experience in sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of retail or lifestyle product markets, with an ability to identify trends and customer needs
- Team collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
