Job Description: Senior Sales Associate / Sales Associate
We’re looking for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities
and driving meaningful conversations with clients. This role requires a balance of strong
communication, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What we’re looking for (non-negotiable):
● Excellent spoken and written English.
● A proactive, self-driven approach to sales and client management.
● Strong understanding of marketing, branding and PR-driven sales.
● Ability to think like a leader while executing quickly. Super pro-active in client
communication with Calls, Emails and Texts - whatever means necessary
● Prior sales experience in Agency and/or similar environments.
What you’ll do:
● Handle day-to-day sales operations including client emails, calls, follow-ups and ongoing
conversations with confidence.
● Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients while actively engaging
new prospects.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
● Develop custom sales and outreach strategies aligned with client goals and market
needs.
● Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline and support end-to-end client
servicing.
● Track sales performance, analyse outcomes, and adapt strategies to improve results.
● Stay focused on monthly targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
● Bring fresh ideas for outreach, branding, marketing, and PR-led sales initiatives.
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving role of AI in
business.
● Leverage LinkedIn effectively, maintaining strong professional relationships and
conversations.
Experience:
● 3 years of experience in Marketing/PR/Branding Agency
● Prior calling and meeting experience in the US, EU, UAE regions
