Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Chennai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will communicate product information, assist customers in selecting the appropriate diagnostic solutions, and provide after-sales support. Additionally, the Sales Associate will track market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic equipment or healthcare industry experience is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proficiency in commonly-used office and CRM software is advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
