Role Description
The Senior Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing technical expertise to clients. Key responsibilities will include developing technical proposals, offering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements, supporting sales efforts with product demonstrations, managing client relationships, and offering post-sales technical assistance. This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a strong ability to identify customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.
- Skills in Technical Support and providing after-sales service to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of automation systems and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering with a technical understanding of bulk material handling systems and automated plant operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with clients effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or a related technical field.
- Experience in the industrial automation or bulk material handling industry is a plus.
