Job Description
The Candidate shall be responsible for the following:
- Manage and coordinate sales and procurement activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support the operational procedures, and business objectives.
- Handle vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, and procurement processes effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, procurement efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, procurement, and client communications in a timely manner.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all company information, data, pricing details, and intellectual property at all times.
Qualification : Relevant Degree/Diploma Mandatory
Experience : 2-3 Years
