Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth by promoting and selling our software products and solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers, delivering impactful product presentations, and conducting product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Present, pitch, and demonstrate the company's products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support pre-sales and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Pre-Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations for senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
