Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Business Development Executive. The role involves initiating and developing new business opportunities, identifying and generating high-quality leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities also include creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the pharma or life sciences industry
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to handle global clients and close deals
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in pharma and life sciences
• Promote services including Toxicology, Computer System Validation (CSV), Regulatory and SEND Solutions
• Lead client discussions, proposals, and end-to-end deal closures
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative business strategies and solutions
• Coordinate effectively with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Willingness to travel for business meetings and client interactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
Qualification
Candidates with a Science background and experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or CRO industries are preferred.
