Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Account Executive based in Goregaon. The Senior Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by generating leads, managing customer accounts, building strong relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include identifying opportunities, collaborating with teams to meet client needs, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of Volody's business.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify prospects and maintain key relationships.
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client requirements efficiently.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software solutions, is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
