Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Sales – Affiliate/Performance Marketing professional. The role involves developing and managing affiliate and performance marketing partnerships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading sales initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with partners, providing training to affiliate teams, and conducting performance analyses to optimize campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Own and drive revenue growth through affiliate and performance marketing channels
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and performance partners
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to closure and account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (campaign, ops, product) to ensure smooth execution & delivery
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, ROAS, and other performance metrics
- Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and partnership structures
- Stay on top of industry trends, new platforms, and emerging affiliate opportunities
What We’re Looking For- 3–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing / performance sales / digital partnerships
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPL, CPA, CPS models
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Existing network of brands / agencies / affiliate partners is a big plus
- Comfortable with data — can read performance metrics and take action
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, hustler mindset — someone who can build from scratch
Good to Have- Experience working with affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, Admitad, Impact, etc.)
- Exposure to influencer or creator-led performance campaigns
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
