OnDemand International (ODINT Consulting) is a global market-entry firm helping entrepreneurs and businesses with company incorporation, offshore company formation, cross-border compliance, taxation, banking, and immigration/mobility solutions across 12+ countries including the UAE, Singapore, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Australia, and Canada.
THE ROLE
We need a Senior Sales Manager who can sell our incorporation, offshore company setup, compliance, and global mobility services to entrepreneurs, SMEs, and investors — someone who already understands how international company formation works and can hold that conversation confidently from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full sales cycle — lead qualification to closure — for incorporation, offshore company setup, compliance, and mobility/residency services
- Consult clients on entity structuring, jurisdiction selection, offshore company formation, and cross-border expansion
- Build trust with high-value clients making incorporation, relocation, and business-expansion decisions
- Lead pricing negotiations and contract closures
- Maintain CRM discipline (Zoho/Salesforce) — pipeline, forecasting, conversion reporting
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding
- Mentor junior sales team members
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
WHO WE ARE STRICTLY LOOKING FOR (read before applying)
- 6–10 years of sales experience — no exceptions
- Hands-on experience selling or consulting on company incorporation, offshore company formation, or cross-border business setup — you should be able to speak confidently on entity structuring, jurisdiction selection, and the incorporation process
- Background in immigration consulting, international business/company incorporation consulting, or similar high-trust advisory sales
- Based in Delhi/NCR (or able to relocate immediately) — this is a strictly on-site role
- Able to join immediately
- Fluent in English (compulsory)
- Knowledge of German or Spanish is an added advantage
