Your impact
- As a Senior Safety Engineer, candidate should possess following as a minimum
- Strong professional skills in carrying out basic and detailed site HSE management work. The candidate should be preferably experienced in FMCG, Pharma construction projects.
- Requires detailed knowledge and experience in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Should have strong knowledge on HSE governance, HSE Guidelines and regulatory requirement.
- Should be able to prepare HSE project plan, method statements, work procedures, SOP’s ,etc.
- Should be able to carry out inspections and audits and submit reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills to achieve Jacobs HSE expectations through Contractor management and interactions with Client.
- Advice Project Management team on HSE subjects.
- Establish various safety records / reports / site documentation to be maintained.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Here's what you'll need
- Develop & review all HSE Plans including Contractor HSE plans.
- Study and evaluate HSE process & tools
Monitor & review HSE Performance, Compliance, Incident Management, Prepare training matrix and schedule trainings
