Role Summary
This role is for a CDP specialist who understands the full lifecycle of audience data. The ideal candidate will independently own RTCDP use case delivery end to end within AEP.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build RTCDP use cases end to end, from ingestion and identity resolution through to segmentation and activation.
- Configure and manage AEP Identity Namespaces, Identity Graphs, and Merge Rules.
- Define and apply Profile Merge Policies and Graph Unlink Rules.
- Build and manage audience segments using RTCDP segmentation types.
- Configure and manage Destinations across various media networks.
- Manage audience publishing workflows including payload structure and identity mapping.
- Understand and apply activation nuances including profile export frequency.
- Work with Data Architects and Data Engineers to ensure data supports RTCDP use cases.
- Apply data governance controls to ensure compliant audience activation.
- Troubleshoot profile fragmentation and activation failures.
- Document RTCDP use cases and workflows.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Adobe Audience Manager or comparable DMP/CDP platform.
- Deep working knowledge of RTCDP and Identity Service.
- Practical experience configuring Identity Namespaces and Merge Rules.
- Strong understanding of RTCDP segmentation types.
- Proven experience configuring and managing Destinations.
