🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Surat (Logistics)
We’re looking for a driven sales leader with 3 – 8 years of experience to build and scale our logistics business in the Surat market.
What you’ll do:
• Build the Surat market from the ground up
• Drive B2B, D2C & SME logistics sales
• Develop strong pipeline across manufacturers, traders, exporters & online sellers
• Establish local market presence and partnerships
• Work closely with central teams on pricing, onboarding & operations
What we’re looking for:
• Strong sales background in logistics / courier / express / freight / supply chain
• Well-connected in the Surat business ecosystem
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred)
• Strong understanding of B2B logistics & e-commerce shipping
• Self-starter with excellent negotiation & relationship management skills
