Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RF Testing & Design Engineer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in RF circuit design, RF PCB development, antenna engineering, and microwave systems. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Aerospace or Defence industry, with strong expertise in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of RF modules and subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RF and microwave circuits, including RF PCB layouts
- Perform testing and validation of RF PCBs, modules, and subsystems
- Troubleshoot RF circuits down to the component level
- Operate RF test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, and Power Meter
- Design and test antennas; analyze VSWR, Gain, Return Loss, and Radiation Patterns
- Review RF PCB designs for quality, impedance control, and manufacturing defects
- Prepare RF test procedures, reports, and technical documentation
- Support product qualification and customer audits
Technical Skills Required
- HFSS, ADS, CST
- Altium Designer / Cadence
- RF Front-End Design
- Microwave Circuits
- EMI/EMC Testing & Compliance
- Strong knowledge of Aerospace & Defence Systems
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
- M.Tech in RF & Microwave / Communication Engineering (Preferred)
- PhD (Preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience strictly within Aerospace or Defence industry
