We are focused on process excellence and systems strategy, enabling smarter Go-To-Market growth and more efficient revenue management across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize end-to-end Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes across lead generation, opportunity conversion, pipeline management, forecasting, CPQ/quote-to-cash, renewals, and expansion
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and forecast accuracy to surface insights that drive revenue performance
- Design and improve workflows, controls, and business rules to support scalable Go-To-Market operations
- Partner with Go-To-Market and Finance teams on pricing, deal structure, and new sales motions
- Identify operational gaps and lead process and system improvements across the revenue lifecycle
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce/CPQ configurations and support end-to-end delivery
- Operationalize policy through scalable processes and governance controls that support compliance
- Drive enablement and adoption of new processes, tools, and operational standards across stakeholder teams
What We're Looking For

- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and CPQ tools, including platforms such as Leadspace, LeanData, Clari, ZoomInfo, Zuora, Lusha, or comparable solutions
- Deep understanding of Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes within a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, system enhancements, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding and knowledge of how to use LLM within your everyday work
- Experience in scaling or SOX-compliant environments is a plus
