Role Description The Senior Resident role at MaxGrow Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The Senior Resident will provide clinical care, manage patient consultations, and support day-to-day hospital or clinic operations in coordination with medical and administrative teams. Responsibilities typically include examining patients, prescribing treatments, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The role may also involve mentoring junior staff, participating in case discussions, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The Senior Resident is expected to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a patient-centered care environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS) from a recognized institution and completion of required residency or house surgeon training.
- Valid medical registration/license to practice in India, with compliance to all local regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and emergency care.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and prioritize patient safety and ethical practice.
- Willingness to work in an on-site, fast-paced healthcare setting in Kerala and adapt to organizational processes and schedules.
- Experience in a hospital or multi-specialty clinical environment is preferred; exposure to quality improvement or clinical audits is an advantage.
