Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Dehradun for a Senior Resident. The Senior Resident will be responsible for patient care, conducting medical procedures in specialized areas, supervising junior staff, and participating in medical research. The role involves diagnosing and managing patients, collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals, and contributing to medical education and the continuous improvement of departmental practices to ensure high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in clinical diagnosis, patient management, and performing specialized medical procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills to supervise junior medical staff and collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to conduct and contribute to medical research and academic activities
- Commitment to adhering to hospital protocols and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care
- MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) in the relevant specialty
- Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any respective state medical council
- Prior experience as a Senior Resident or in a similar role is highly desirable
