Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute scientific research projects from study design through data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
- Design, develop, and optimize experimental approaches to address complex scientific questions.
- Analyze and interpret research data to generate meaningful insights and support informed decision-making.
- Drive scientific innovation by identifying new research opportunities, technologies, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the research team, providing scientific guidance and technical support.
- Contribute to research strategy, project planning, and scientific direction.
- Contribute to the preparation of grant proposals, technical project reports, and other scientific documents to support research initiatives and strategic growth.
- Ensure laboratory activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Represent the organization through scientific collaborations, conferences, and interactions with external partners.
Qualifications
✔ Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline.
✔ 3+ years of oncology research experience in academia or biotechnology industry post Ph.D.
✔ Strong expertise in cancer biology, molecular and cellular biology techniques, and translational research.
✔ Demonstrated experience leading research programs, mentoring scientists, and working within multidisciplinary teams.
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and scientific problem-solving skills with a passion for advancing cancer research.
