We're Hiring | Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – Clinical Trial Operations & Hospital Partnerships
Location: Noida, UP (Field travel across NCR)
CTC: ₹45,000–50,000/month
Type: Full-time
Femacare Private Limited (Cosma Fertility) is looking for a highly driven professional to join our team and work at the intersection of clinical trials, hospital partnerships, and healthcare operations.
We're currently executing a large-scale CDSCO-regulated clinical trial while expanding our network of fertility hospitals and OB-GYN partners across India.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient enrollment and clinical trial operations across multiple sites
- Work closely with CROs, NABL-accredited labs, and hospital partners
- Maintain trial documentation, CRFs, and regulatory records
- Build relationships with hospitals, fertility centers, and OB-GYNs
- Pitch collaboration opportunities and support referral/MoU discussions
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and partnership progress
- Occasionally support business and patient outreach when required
We are Looking for
✔ Experience in clinical research, clinical trial coordination, or hospital operations
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Comfortable with hospital visits, outreach, and field work
✔ Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines is preferred (training can be provided)
✔ Prior exposure to business development or healthcare sales is a plus
This role is not for candidates seeking a purely academic or desk-based research position. We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, execution, and working directly with hospitals and clinical stakeholders.
