Senior Research Associate-In-Vitro
Job Description
Experienced in small-molecule drug discovery within CRO and research settings, with expertise in cell-free and cell-based assay development, in vitro screening, and assay miniaturization. Proficient in multiple assay platforms including TR-FRET/HTRF, FP, AlphaScreen, NanoBRET, Flow Cytometry, high-content imaging, ELISA, Western blot, and FLIPR, with strong technical and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience in small-molecule drug discovery within a CRO or drug discovery setting, with the ability to manage time-bound and service-oriented projects efficiently.
- Practical experience in cell-free and cell-based assay development and in vitro screening, including:
- Cell-free assays: enzyme inhibition, binding, kinase, phosphatase, and reporter-based assays
- Cell-based assays: cytotoxicity, proliferation, apoptosis, reporter gene, receptor internalization, and other functional assays
- Relevant experience in assay formats such as TR-FRET/HTRF, Fluorescence Polarization (FP), AlphaScreen, NanoBRET, Flow Cytometry, high-content imaging, Live Cell Analysis, ELISA, Western blot, and FLIPR assays
- Experience in assay miniaturization from 96-well to 384-well formats for both cell-free and cell-based assays
- Strong technical knowledge with meticulous attention to detail
