Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Research Assistant, based in Gurugram with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Research Assistant will conduct in-depth research, perform data analysis, and contribute to drafting reports and presentations. Key responsibilities include collecting, interpreting, and synthesizing complex data, supporting ongoing projects, and collaborating with the team to provide actionable insights. A high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and clear communication will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis for interpreting and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
- Exceptional Communication and Research skills, with the ability to clearly convey findings both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, especially for roles requiring technical investigation and accurate data collection
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient with relevant software tools for research and analysis
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in cross-border regulatory, compliance, or financial research environments is a plus
