Role Description The Senior Research Analyst role at MarkScan is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Senior Research Analyst will lead and conduct in-depth market and IP-related research, analyze large data sets, and generate actionable insights to help clients protect and optimize their digital assets. This role involves designing research frameworks, applying statistical techniques, and validating findings to support strategic recommendations. The Senior Research Analyst will prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring that complex information is communicated in a structured and accessible way. The role also includes mentoring junior analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product and operations, and contributing to process improvements and best practices in research and analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in Market Research and Research, including designing studies, gathering data, and evaluating competitive and industry trends.
- Working knowledge of Statistics, with experience applying quantitative methods and tools to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly in written reports, presentations, and discussions with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with research and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools, or statistical software) and comfort working with large data sets.
- Experience in digital, technology, IP protection, or related domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating effectively with team members.
