š¤ What can I expect from this role?
Posha is one of the rare robotics startups building production-grade consumer robots, with hundreds of units deployed in real homes.
This role involves working on defining and testing the product against all possible failure scenarios.
š§What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?
- Independently review requirements and designs to identify failure modes through DFMEA and real-world misuse scenarios.
- Develop test plans, test cases, fixtures and instrumentation to validate performance and reliability.
- Execute tests against specifications, document failures and verify that fixes meet requirements before release.
šWhat makes you a match for us?
- 3+ years hands-on experience on defining failure scenarios for a product that went into mass production.
- Evidence of personally uncovering failures, influencing design changes, and building validation systems from scratch.
