Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Officer at our New Delhi location. The Senior Relationship Officer will build and strengthen relationships with partner banks and clients, facilitate sales, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, offering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring a positive client experience. The officer will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote brand visibility and foster sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management to foster partnerships and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of Finance and related concepts for insightful decision-making and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Customer Service and Sales expertise to identify customer needs, deliver exceptional experiences, and achieve sales objectives.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in collaborative team environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or a related financial services domain will be advantageous.
