Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Senior Relationship Manager/Relationship Manager is based in Kota. In this role, the professional will oversee building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to meet client needs, identifying new business opportunities, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions. The professional will act as a key point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relationship management, client engagement, and customer service
- Strategic planning, business development, and solution-oriented problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or experience in relevant sales roles is a plus
- Proactive attitude, ability to work on-site, and a commitment to achieving targets and KPIs
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
