Role Description
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, generating business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance the customer journey at all touchpoints. This is a full-time on-site role located in Andheri, Maharashtra.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills to build trusted partnerships.
- Proficiency in business development, sales operations, and cross-selling, with a focus on generating and maximizing revenue.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Results-driven approach with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in dynamic environments.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, arketing, or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
