Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNI) / key clients
- Develop deep understanding of client financial/business goals and provide tailored solutions
- Drive revenue through cross-selling and upselling of products and services
- Acquire new high-value clients through networking and referrals
- Build long-term strategic relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead complex client negotiations and deal closures
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and profitability
- Mentor and guide junior relationship managers and sales team members
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, credit, operations) for seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
