Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions. Key responsibilities include client onboarding, upselling and cross-selling insurance products, addressing client queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by proactively managing their insurance portfolios. The role will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to build and manage lasting client relationships with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with insurance products and regulatory guidelines is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
