Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding and addressing their unique requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Lead and manage a team of 3–4 Relationship Managers to drive performance and productivity
• Ensure achievement of individual and team car sales targets on a monthly basis
• Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversions of team members
• Provide on-ground support, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Handle key customer interactions, negotiations, and closures for high-value deals
• Ensure adherence to showroom processes, brand standards, and customer experience guidelines
