Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager based in Chennai. The selected individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business development, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include managing customer portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, resolving client concerns, and ensuring superior customer experiences. The Senior Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions aligning with client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, client servicing, and communication skills
- Exceptional ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Understanding of financial products and the ability to tailor solutions for diverse client needs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively
- Proficiency in financial analysis and customer portfolio management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, or a similar role is an advantage
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results
