Role Description
The Senior Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi. The primary responsibilities include managing relationships with existing customers, driving new business acquisition, and delivering financial products tailored to clients' needs. The role involves developing strategies to meet sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and conducting regular interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction. The Senior Relationship Manager will also work closely with internal stakeholders to expedite decision-making and ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Customer Retention skills, with experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Sales, Business Development, and Cross-Selling expertise in retail and corporate banking products
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to assess client needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
