Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in our Noida office. The position requires managing and deepening client relationships, identifying financial needs, and providing suitable banking and financial solutions. The role involves portfolio management, building long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving set targets. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent service and growing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management skills, including client engagement and active listening
- Experience in financial products and services, including investment products and banking solutions
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis
- Ability to achieve targets through strategic prospecting and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail are highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or certifications in banking/finance are a plus
- A demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
